About Us
Just Like Home Early Learning Center has been in business since 2011. It began as a family-owned center by a local family who understood and appreciated the importance of early care. Since then, the center has kept their promise of feeling just like home with a family atmosphere.
Small class sizes, two loving caregivers in every room, yummy meals prepared on site every day, and a warm cozy environment with personal touches are just a few of the ways we hold to that promise.
Our Family
Brad & Heather Meador have had the wonderful opportunity to be the owners of JLHELC since 2023.
They love the Northwest Arkansas area and the people in it! It’s where Brad got his MBA at the University of Arkansas and Heather began her teaching career. Heather has a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and is certified PreK-4th grade. She taught in a public school before having kids, then spent many years teaching in a kids day out program and working as a substitute in PreK through 5th grade classrooms.
They are currently raising two teenage boys! You may see them at cross country courses or baseball fields all over NWA! They love being outdoors and hope to visit as many National Parks as they can! They are proud to be serving families in the NWA area.
