Hey! I am Mrs. Ashley. I am from White Hall, Arkansas but moved to Fayetteville where I obtained my Bachelor of Arts from the UofA. I have always had a passion for working with children and watching them learn and grow. I accepted a job working in childcare at Just Like Home in 2020 and I can’t imagine doing anything different. My husband and I have three children, Lakynn, Brett and Mack, one dog and one cat. In my spare time I love spending time with my children, cheering them on in sports, being outdoors, cheering on the Razorbacks, crafting, and baking.

Hey, I’m Ms. Bri! I was raised in Lincoln, AR, but relocated to Fayetteville after graduating in 2019. In my free time I spend lots of time and money on my niece and nephews. I also enjoy hanging out with my best friends and my mom. I’m super family oriented. You can also find me watching horror movies or getting tattoos.

Hello! I am Mrs. Sheila. I have lived in Fayetteville my whole life except for one year when I lived in Oklahoma. I have worked in childcare since 2007. I’ve always had a love and passion for working with children or just being around them. I have been married to my husband Dwayne since 2007. Together we have three kids Emmalee, Hunter, and Lydia, plus our two dogs. When I’m not in the classroom, I really enjoy being outdoors and spending time with the family.

Hi! I’m Mrs. Lauren! I am an Arkansas native-I was born and raised in Mena and I have happily called NWA home since 2015. My husband, Josh, and I have two children, Jax and Livi, and one miniature schnauzer, Archie. We enjoy trying new and local restaurants, playing video games together, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs and Arkansas Razorbacks!

Hello! My name is Gabby! I’ve lived in Arkansas since 3rd grade! This is my first time working in childcare, but I have worked with elderly before this and really liked it! I have two dogs and two cats that I deeply love. I enjoy painting, among other things.

My husband and I have one son, Brian, and three dogs. In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with family and reading.

I have always adored children and love watching them grow! I’m currently engaged to my fiancé Emmanuel– we’ve been together for 11 years. When I’m not in the classroom you can find me exploring the great outdoors, embroidering, relaxing, playing video games, and spending time with loved ones.

Hello!! I’m Mrs. Heather! My husband and I have been the owners of JLHELC since September 2023! We love the family atmosphere that is evident here. We have two teenage boys who are into baseball, cross country, and taking care of their dogs. I enjoy reading for fun and to learn, traveling to places I’ve never been, and watching sports with my boys. I also love to talk and meet new people, so I’m always up for a chat! I have a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and have been in the education field in some capacity since 2003. I love being able to see children learn, grow, and reach their individual potential!
